For standard purchases, we allow 30 days for an item to be returned in its purchased condition (unless damaged in shipping) with a receipt, for a full refund...no restocking fees. Items that were custom ordered are final, and may not be returned. Items you feel were damaged in shipping must be reported to Timberland within 3 days of receiving the item.
